📍 Where is the festival taking place?
Gains & Planes Jamaica will take place across premium venues in Negril, Wavz Beach & Jungle, from October 30 to November 2, 2025. Think for all beachfront fitness sessions, iconic nightlife spots, and tropical views all weekend long.
✈ Do I need to book my own flights and accommodation?
Yes. Your ticket includes access to all events, but you’re responsible for booking your own travel and accommodation. We recommend staying in Negril, along Norman Manley Blvd for easy access to the venues. Shuttles will be available. Links to book here.

Your ticket gives you access to:
• 4 days of high-energy fitness sessions
• 4 nightlife events including themed parties, entertainers, DJs & Special Guest
• Games, competitions, and prizes
• Exclusive vibes, surprises, and discounts on merch drops
VIP tickets also include queue jump, merch, private party cabanas and perks.
🗓️What’s the daily schedule like?
You’ll work out every day, party every night, with plenty of chill time in between. You can see the full iteneraty on the ticket page and home page.
• Wristband collection is open from Thursday morning, Friday and Sunday will also have 5k run/ walks.
• Early afternoons to explore, rest, or vibe with the crew, classes start at 2pm including warm up, class and games.
• Evenings = party energy 🔥
👯 Can I come solo?
Absolutely. Solo travellers are welcome and celebrated. The whole vibe is about connecting, you’ll meet like-minded people at workouts, parties, and games. No one’s left behind.
🧳 What should I pack?
Your fit & lit packing kit includes:
• Workout clothes for hot weather
• Outfits for themed parties (we’ll send a vibe guide!)
• Swimwear, sunscreen, and good energy
🛑 Is this a retreat?
NOPE. This is not a retreat. This is a high-vibe, high-volume, high-energy fitness & party weekender. We’re talking 1,000+ people, booming music, real sweat, real vibes.
🔐 Is the event safe?
Yes. Negril is a safe, tourist area and we’ve partnered with trusted venues and local security to ensure a smooth, secure experience for all attendees. Visit Jamaica & Jamaica Moves are also endorsing the event.
💵 Can I get a refund if I can’t come?
Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable up to 30 days before the event. Life happens , just email us with the name change and we’ll help sort it.
